Business Analysis and Business Transformation
We possess considerable experience as a business analyst. This includes business analyses, leveraging existing products and services and developing
solution options for business transformation. In addition, projects have involved developing Statements of Work (SOWs), Requests for Informationh (RFIs) and
Requests for Proposals (RFPs), following Government of Canada PSEC processes. In addition, several telecommunications projects have involved using Information and Communication Technology (ICT) processes
in the design, planning and implementation of telecommunications systems with vast experience performing technology, services and needs
assessments including, due diligence evaluations, gap analyses and cost assessments.
Projects have included analysing various wireless and wired networks, switching and signalling protocols and technologies, researching goods and services suppliers, developing feasibility studies, and producing
comprehensive and business cases leading to strategic and business plans.
Some of our larger customers have included: Public Health Agency of canada (PHAC), Shared Services Canada (SSC), Health Canada, Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), Department of National Defence (DND), Heart & Stroke Foundation, PT Telkom Indonesia, Portugal Telecom, Uganda PTT,
